Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Can i return my item?

We have a strict 14 day returns policy from the date you’ve received your parcel. This applies only to our Silicone and Handmade items that have not been personalised. Outside of this 14 days, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original packaging and return shipping will be at the buyers expense.

Customised products like our Keepsake Boxes, Personalised Handmade sets and our Celebration Boxes do not qualify for a refund, exchange or replacement except where Bits and Bubs has made an error with your order.

Where possible, Bits and Bubs may exchange, offer a store credit or refund at their own discretion. Please email hello@bitsandbubs.com.au for more information.

Can i cancel my order?

You aren’t able to cancel your order if it’s already been processed with our product distributors. You can however return the items for a full refund once you receive your order. If by chance your order hasn’t been processed and we are able to cancel your order please be aware you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of your total order value to cover any merchant costs involved with receiving, cancelling or refunding your order.
