Of course! We use Shopify's secure payment gateway.

We aim to have your orders ready for dispatch within 24hrs however some of our handmade items may take up to 3 days depending on stock levels. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page for further information.

Express postage on handmade items does not mean next day delivery. Please refer to www.auspost.com.au for details about their Express Post network and estimated delivery times.

Shopify only allows the use of one discount code per transaction. We recommend you use the one that gives you the best benefit and save the other for next time. Your original 15% off code to sign up is only good for one use.

SILICONE PRODUCTS

Carrot (and many other orange foods) when pureed create an oil residue that can take two or more washes to get out. It happened to us too! The residue isn't permanent. You can always try a little bit of bicarbonate soda or lemon juice to remove it also.

It happens when the silicone takes on an oily residue. It could be from a meal or a dish soap that contains essential oils, antibacterial agents or moisturisers. These oils can sometimes stick to the silicone material and cause an unpleasant soap taste. Silicone itself cannot absorb flavours or give out a chemical taste. To remove the oil you can try a bi-carb or white vinegar soak overnight, even wiping your bowl out with some lemon juice. You can also boil your silicone bowl to clean it.

Our plates and bowls suction to clean and dry sealed surfaces. They needs to be pressed down on to the surface to ensure air pockets are removed from underneath so the suction engages.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer refunds or returns on any personalised item uless an error has been made on our end. We have a strict 14 day returns policy from the date you’ve received your parcel – outside of this we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

We may exchange, offer a store credit or refund at their own discretion. Please email hello@mylittlemakers.com.au for more information.

You aren’t able to cancel your order if it’s already been processed with our product distributors. You can however return the items for a full refund once you receive your order if you do so within 14 days. If by chance your order hasn’t been processed and we are able to cancel your order please be aware you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of your total order value to cover any merchant costs involved with receiving, cancelling or refunding your order.
